“Andy Krzystek’s work is affable in the sense that it doesn’t beat down with its motivations. Maybe it’s the acceptance inherent in his process; acting on present materials and present ideas because they are present. The work loosely orbits a printmaking, wheatpasting, basement show flyer look, but krzystek’s wandering preoccupations divert him toward a more complicated layering of images and materials” -Kyle Butler
